Store use and order terms
Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Cuerzo storefront, product browsing, checkout, promotions, order handling, customer support, and related services.
Orders can be reviewed
Cuerzo may review, hold, cancel, or refuse orders for payment, stock, address, policy, or fraud reasons.
Footwear rules apply
Return, exchange, and refund eligibility follows the footwear-specific policy.
Use of the storefront
You may use the storefront for lawful personal shopping, product research, account use, and order support. You must not misuse the store, interfere with checkout, attempt unauthorized access, scrape excessively, submit false information, or use the service for fraud.
Cuerzo may limit access, cancel orders, or contact the customer if store activity appears abusive, automated, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these terms.
Product information
Cuerzo aims to present accurate product names, descriptions, materials, colors, sizes, prices, images, stock, and delivery information. Some variation can occur because footwear materials, leather grain, finishing, screen displays, lighting, and photography can differ.
Product availability is not guaranteed until stock is confirmed during order processing. If a product or size is unavailable after checkout, customer service may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, cancellation, or another suitable resolution.
Orders and acceptance
An order is accepted only after Cuerzo has reviewed the order, confirmed stock where required, and received valid payment confirmation or another approved payment arrangement. Automatic order messages do not prevent later review or cancellation.
Cuerzo may cancel or refuse an order if there is a pricing error, stock issue, payment issue, shipping limitation, suspected fraud, policy breach, system error, or incorrect customer information.
Promotions and discounts
Discount codes, vouchers, free-shipping thresholds, and promotional offers may have eligibility rules, dates, product exclusions, usage limits, and region restrictions. Only discounts accepted by the checkout system apply to an order.
Cuerzo may modify, suspend, or withdraw promotions where allowed, especially if misuse, technical error, or incorrect publication occurs.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy. Because shoes are special personal wear items, used or worn footwear is not accepted unless a verified product quality issue applies.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Non-defective products are not eligible for refund simply because of fit preference, style preference, or change of mind.
Service changes and liability
Cuerzo may update the storefront, checkout, product catalog, pricing, policies, and services as needed. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the store, customer-entered errors, carrier delays outside our control, unavailable third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the remaining terms continue to apply.
